Returns/Exchanges

RETURNS

We do accept returns. Returns must be placed within 14 days of the customer receiving the product(s). Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered/non-defected merchandise. Merchandise also needs to be in its original packaging. Also in order for a return to be accepted it has to be in its original, resalable condition - meaning free of damage and odor. We will turn down a return if the merchandise doesn’t meet any of these criteria. 

Just contact us with the request of the return. Then ship us the product with a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return at the bottom of your invoice. Shipping costs for the return is the customers responsibility and will not be refunded. Once we receive your package you will be notified and be refunded the purchase (excluding the original shipping charges) with your original form of payment. Please remember the return may take up 7-14 days. 

We do our best at quality control before our merchandise gets shipped to our customers. If we unfortunately missed something, please email us as soon as possible of receiving the product, with photos of the defect and we will begin the process to rectify the problem.

EXCHANGES 

Even Exchanges:

We'll be happy to exchange something for you if you ordered the wrong color or size of the same item. Contact us with the request and the reason for the exchange. Then ship us the unwanted item with a copy of your invoice - make sure to circle the item you're returning and write in the color or size you're wanting to exchange it for. Shipping costs for exchanges will be on us. Once we receive your exchange we'll notify you that it's processing. Please note that the exchange process will be similar to purchasing a new item so the production of a new product and shipping has to be accounted for. 

** Paintings are excluded in even exchanges. If you would like to return a painting for another size you will have to do an uneven exchange since shipping costs and paper costs changes. **

Uneven Exchanges:

We do accept uneven exchanges - if you decide you want different item. Contact us with the request and the reason for the exchange. Then ship us the unwanted item with a copy of your invoice - make sure to circle the item you're returning and write in what you're wanting to exchange it for. Shipping costs for uneven exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility since you’re ordering a different item. Once we receive your exchange we'll notify you that it's processing. Please note that the exchange process will be similar to purchasing a new item so the production of a new product and shipping has to be accounted for. New shipping charges will apply.
